So css moving to oj box kinda ruined reg and the ball in css soccer but i got some commands from years of being on ojbox for Day of Defeat source that help reg etc.

(SERVER SIDE)

(These allow you to run 0 lerp while keeping the number white. Anytime your lerp in net graph is yellow or orange, your losing packets to the server causing shitty reg.)
sv_client_max_interp_ratio "2"
sv_client_min_interp_ratio "0"

(These are just rate commands that you probably already run on ur server)
sv_minupdaterate "66"
sv_maxupdaterate "101"
sv_mincmdrate "66"
sv_maxcmdrate "101"

(CLIENT SIDE)

To run 0 lerp client side:
cl_interp 0
cl_interp_ratio 0

ummm.. ok was just recommending 0 lerp for the server... it helps reg more right now u cant get 0 lerp cuz the server isnt set right for it.

Unless you are implying that you need to set your rates to be higher for 66 tic it really doesn't make sense. The min / max commands are just going to limit what people can set their stuff to be, and anything under 66 may get your lerp better, but it will affect the tic rate of the server for you because it needs to atleast the tic of the server (66).

Correct me if im wrong about that, but thats how I remembered it anyways.

no thats not what im trying to say.
What im saying is with the stock server settings u cant drop ur LERP below 19.9. The higher number lerp, the more the hitboxes are off. (19.9 ms)

With those first 2 commands
sv_client_max_interp_ratio "2"
sv_client_min_interp_ratio "0"
This allows players to set their lerp to 0. Making the hitbox lag 0.0 ms.

The tic rate has nothing to do with lerp. 2 completely different commands. I just put those up incase u didnt know about those.

Cueball had his lerp under 19 the other day D: But I added those 2 lines in, let me know if it actually helps or not.

ya u can have it below 19.9 but it turns yellow/orange and u lose packets to the server causing bad reg. with those commands it keeps the numbers white and u dont lose packets
