1. When you receive the schedule each week, Monday will be the first day you can play your matches for that week and Sunday at 11:59 EST will be the last time you can play those matches. (Previously it was Sunday to Sunday, meaning Saturday would technically be the last day to it is 'Monday to Monday', with Monday at 12:00 a.m. being the first day to play the week's matches and Monday at 12:00 a.m. being the cut off)

2. Currently teams must make matches 24 hours in advance and in the past we wouldn't allow any matches to be spontaneously played. We are scrapping this rule entirely. With the new 'soft schedule' system in place, we feel that it is more important for teams to play their matches whenever they can as opposed to being forced to forfeit. For all intensive purposes, teams will still schedule matches and reschedule matches as per the usual protocol to make them official via the forum. Those official matches will be the ones were you will take a forfeit to if you don't show up. However, if at anytime the two teams unexpectedly get 6 on, and the two captains agree to the match (ON THE FORUMS), then the match can be played immediately. There are a few stipulations to this, however:

  • Impromptu matches can only be played as long as the server is empty and no one is waiting around to pug. If there is a pug going on, or people are in the server waiting to pug, then the teams are allowed to 'reserve' the server for a match immediately after the upcoming pug ends.
  • If you want to have a unscheduled match, it is your responsibility to find a official referee or you cannot play the match. If you schedule the match via forums following the correct protocol, you are guaranteed to have a referee show up and it is not your responsibility to find a referee.
