I like the idea of a play-off MVP. Very Happy

And for the season MVP, I agree with fatal and warcat, I like the idea of a poll.

But how would it work? Would everyone just get a vote? Or like the top 15-20ish most active players in the league? Just wonderin Question

Alright I came to the conclusion to use these awards for Season 3. I decided to drop a couple just because we have so many awards and I don't really think some of them are entirely necessary. Still negotiable though, if you really feel a key award was left out or a not so necessary award was put in.

Statistic Based Awards:

___ Ball (Gold, Silver, Bronze) (Top points (goals + assists))
___ Boot (Gold, Silver, Bronze) (Top goals)
___ Knife (Gold, Silver, Bronze) (Top Assists)
Ironman award (1st, Runner Up)

Poll Based Awards:

Most Dedicated (To The League)
Most Dedicated (To Their Team)
Defenseman (Gold, Silver, Bronze)
GM (Pairing) of the season. (1st, Runners Up)
Top Utility Player (1st, Runner Up)
PUG Champion (1st, Runner Up)
Goalie (Gold, Silver, Bronze)
Season MVP (1st, Runner Up)
Playoff MVP (1st, Runner Up)
Most Improved (1st, Runner Up)
Rookie (1st, Runner Up)

Misc.:

Team of the Season type thing

Just a couple things to note:
Please vote for players particularly based on their performance this season. Some people have been great utility players in the past, but have hardly even played this season or haven't performed as well, so it doesn't make sense to vote for them for the top utility player of this season. Also I decided that we are just going to keep the same format we had last year, LOs will decide on nominees for each category (number will be different for each respective category), and it will be put to public vote to determine the winner/runners up for each category.

Voting polls will open after playoffs are over. Congratulations in advance to everyone who will win an award, or already has.
