LO Meeting Results - 11/19/10

1. Rules
The full-listing of rules were completed, but are subject to some change. You can view them on the info page or under League Announcements.

2. AFK Clarification
We quickly ran over what admins are expected to do with an AFK - only kick them when you have a sub. If you have no sub, there is no sense in kicking them. Always kick if there is a 13th in the server.

3. Head Referees
Head referees task's have been decided. They are to help maintain, assist, and organize all the referees. The head referees are the people that our referees are meant to go to for help, not League Officials. Head refs are also the first in line to fill in for referees that do not show up for their scheduled match.

4. Captain Fights
We decided to remove all the extra captain fights in the !menu. From now on, only knife fights will be acceptable to decide who gets first pick in a pug.

5. 4v4 / 6v6 priority
If you wish to 4v4 in the PSL match server you may do so. HOWEVER, if 4 more people join during your 4v4, you are expected to end the pug instantly and change the map for 6v6. 4v4 pugs are best being done in the Inter server (66.225.198.66:27015).

6. Regular LO Meetings
We will NOT be having regularly scheduled LO meetings. We will only have a meeting when the LO Agenda builds up, there is a discussion that needs deep detail, or an LO calls for a meeting.

7. PSL Member Topic
We made a 'PSL member' topic under the PSL Management category. Anybody that is in a group on the forums can view this group - mainly its the players known to the PSL. This topic should only be used for league-private information.

8. Referee Signup Deadline
We are no longer accepting referees. The only chance you have to be a referee is if a current one drops out / is removed.

9. Potential Captain Picking
Basically, a menu is sent at random a player at the start of a pug, and that player picks 2 captains he/she feels are fair. The script would only be sent to veteran captains of the PSL, to ensure decent judgement. The person who picked the captain would be anonymous so they are not bitched at. Also the admin has the ability to re-run the script if deemed unfair.

Reserving Server
It is confirmed that any reservation of the match server needs to be done 24 hour prior to when you wish to use it.

if it has not already been done, are you going to remove the ability for LOs/admins to see opposing team chat?

For matches? That has already been done... But for pugs it stays on.
