Removing Valve Video + Replay Fix

Removing the Valve video when CSS launches :

- Right click Counter-Strike: Source and click Properties
- Click "Set launch options"
- Add the command "-novid" (no quotes) into the box and hit OK.
- Done! When you restart CSS it shouldn't show.

Fixing CSS Error "Connect on replay.dll failed!" :

- Delete the folder that is named "bin"
- Close the window

- Now in the icon tray(near the clock) click the steam icon
- Select library
- Find Counter-Strike: Source and right click it
- Click properties
- Click the "Local Files" tab up the top
- Click "Verify Integrity of Game Cache"
- Let that run

- Now close steam and re-login.
- CS:S is now working! Success!
